wanted to make an Introduction and ask for some help also

Hey im a basketball player im 15 years old, 6-5, and weight about 202lbs. To be honest im not very talented yet but if you look at my scrrenname you know what im all about. Well im pretty weak and dont have too much hops but this summer i have been seing good improvements. I wanted to ask you guys what articles or books can i read to get more knowledge on strenght training, peridiozation, and increasing speed, and vertical leap.

OK my advice start with just two of the basics (…and get them right to start rather than trying everything and getting nothing right…)

  1. Nutrition
  2. Flexibility

You can sort out the others shortly, but just the basics right first.

  1. Start putting the correct stuff into your body first
  2. Develop a good flexibility program and this will form the basis for ANY strength, speed, jumping etc. exercises that follow…

So search the archives for data on those two to start and post back here with any questions you have on what already has been posted.
