How many kids are there and what are their events? That makes a huge difference in a program breakdown. If the kids are all doing diff events they shouldn’t be on the same program…
As to 4 day consecutive splits, I really don’t see a problem. So long as the volume is being kept proportional to the intensity, theres THREE DAYS of recovery! That’s plenty.
around 40 kids, events range from 100- 800m, also jumpers. he wants everybody doing the same off-season program. he thinks it builds team unity. Which to me has nothing to do with success in track & field.
