Vibration training devices are going to make a big mark in the training world. It just so happens that my gym has two of them. Unfortunately I can’t find any info on training protocols for recovery, strength, flexibility, etc. Would you be able to direct me to where I might find some(sites,articles,books,…)? Or, if you have the time, could you provide me with some of your favorite protocols?
I’m especially interested in using the machine for power/limit strength and recovery purposes.
