Can someone find or make me a good vertical routine without squats included? Maybe hack squats or dumbell squats can replace squats? I just need something to increase my vertical more for basketball.

why can’t you do squats?
sure there are
step ups
1 leg squat (back leg on bench)
Lunges dumbell deadlifts
dumbbell jump shrug
king deadlifts
stiff legged deadlift
regular deadlift
sumo deadliftt
hip snatches
all olympic lifts
drop snatch
drop squat
blah blah blah
so why cant you squat?
Perhaps he has become disenchanted with squats through lack of expected progression. Some guys just don’t groove well with the proteolysis situation. Ectomorphs for exsample. Ballers also tend to know a kid or two that can get up there without having done squats etc. Plyo’s and powercleans or other oly lifts as u say 101pro are great. Power without the burden of muscle breakdown and re-building.
I cant do squats because I Don’t have a smith machine or a power rack at home, which is where I workout. I can squat more than I can get above my head so I cant squat.
Deadlifts if u have enough weight. If not, powercleans or jump squats, just watch out for nervous system fatigue.
If anyone is good at making routines for strenth can someone make me one with some of those included? I dont know much about olympic lifting and strength training, since I am a bodybuilder.

I can do deadlifts, and yeah I have 300+ pounds in weight. I am a basketball player, I was bodybuilding a little just to give my self a better look (before i was a stick, no chest, no bi’s, skinny legs) I am more of a basketball player tho then a bber. I have a bench, barbells, dumbells, and a cable thing were you can do tricep pulldowns.
