Utilising O-Lifts to Reduce CNS Fatigue

Lets say my training sessions are:

3x20, 4x60


2x20, 6x50

The special endurance day on Wednesday will be the least stressful on the CNS. I want to also adjust the weight session on Wednesday to provide the least CNS stress by using O-lifts (cleans). How much volume is optimal in this case? (how many lifts total at 80% of 1RM)

eg. weights session on Wednesday
2x3 power cleans from the hang
2x3 power cleans from the blocks

both at 80% of 1RM. Does this kind of volume seem right?

by the way, my best power clean was 5x80kg (estimated 90kg 1RM)
