sorry for asking something about uphill running again. how far should you run up hill for. we train with
3 set 4 for 30 meters uphill
when we run the sand dune at the dune park in mahattan beach CA we only go
3 set of 3 at 20 to 30 meters,(lot harder and work more quads)
this hill is all sand and has a slight up grade until you get past about 80 meters and the slope increases. if any body have a hill workout or can give me a better idea, i would love it.
