does anyone have any idea does uphill bound work and are they good for you. does it work on acceleration

Everything is goal oriented, so if your goal is acceleration then try starting out hard for 10-20 yards and bound, very much like the triple jump. Attempt to maintain velocity while performing your bounds (that is, don’t focus on getting too high, keep your horizontal momentum). Take 3-4 minutes to recover and repeat.
