two things...

  1. is it okay if i run after my second meal of the day (sprints)… eat two more meals (and rest some, carb back up) then go do my workout? its easier for me this way but wanted to make sure it will still workout ok…

  2. what is the best thing to do on the day i want to run the fastest? red bull? anything to help me have th ehighest energy possible as well as the most intensity etc…
