Too much ground contact time

hey guys…i need to try and decrease the amount of time my feet are spending on the ground as it is giving me a very loping stride which is affecting thru different stages of the 100m/200m…any advice or drills would be great…

power is the key.
You can also work on stepping over. Try 20m runs(focus on stepping over) from a 20 approach. As you get better increase the length or the approach run (which would increase the speed you enter the 20m zone with).
