Too long for maintainance phase-weights?

Is 4 months too long for a 3-5 Exercise, 2-6 rep, 1-2 day a week strength maintainance phase?

  1. What are you maintaining for? It isn’t too long to lift, IMO, but may be too long away from other components!

  2. You should take breaks in the 4 mo. block, like a deloading week every month. Theres a lot here on the reasons for this.

4 months of comp phase.
No real plans to deload, as lifts are for maintainance on strength only, and lifts never to 100%. Thoughts.
