you guys think its ok to workout today if the middle part of my quad is sore from sprinting, but its not that sore, just a bit. my workout today consists of paused jump squat, full squat, leg press and lunges
Sounds like you’re not fully recovered, when did you do the sprinting?
Warm up really well, then see how it feels. .
Get rid of the paused jump squat. I have a hole in my rectus femoris and you don’t want one.
A hole? are you being metaphorical or do you really have a hole? If so, how did you manage that?

alright im gonna take away the paused jump squats and put in some reverse hyperextensions, well it aint that sore u know, ill warm it up and if i flex it and feel no major soreness im gonna go ahead and do the workout…but i hope i dont do anything bad or something, like maybe overtrain it since its already sore i donno. so if i warm it up how should i feel so itll be a good sign that i can workout today?
Does that rectus still give yo problems? How did you do it? I have a quad tear that i cant seem to get away from.
How long ago did you get it?
Original injury was about 1.5 years ago, last time I reinjured it was about 3 months ago.
I don’t remember the first time I injured mine. When I was very young still. I need to stretch that side a bit more than the other.
