To avoid Overtraining...?

im trying to avoid overtraining

my schedule has been set up like this for the last 4 weeks:

sunday:
back squat
front squat
bench press
ham movement 1
ham movement 2

monday:
recovery

tuesday:
power clean from floor
clean pull
jump squats

wednesday:
back squat
front squat
bench press
ham movement 1
ham movement 2

thursday and friday:
recovery

saturday:
light hang snatches
snatch pulls

ive slowly been incorporating the OLs each week until the last 2 weeks where ive been going heavy.

i had a great workout on last tuesday
(i cleaned 260 for a double)
but then this week on tuesday, i could barely do 225 with proper form. i could barely lift 240 past my knees!
i cut the workout short and went home. and took the next few days off.
i had no muscular soreness at all.

IM wondering if i should move my OL days to the same days as my squat workouts.

my squat workouts are farely intense as well tho.

my example week workouts:
sunday:
back squat=
65%x8
70%x8
80%x6
85%x6
front squat=
70%x5
75%x5
80%x5
85%x5

tuesday:
power clean=
80%x3, 90%x1, 85%x2, 80%x4x3reps
clean pull=
80%x3, 90%x2, 95%x1, 85%x2, 80%2x3reps

its usually something like this.

i dont know if i will have enough energy to do both of these types on the same day.

i havent even added sprinting in yet!

if i did move them to the same day it would go like this:

saturday:
sprint
OL light
squats

sunday:
bench
medball

monday:
tempo

tuesday:
sprint
OL
squats

wednesday:
bench
medball

thursday:
tempo

friday:
rest

is this the way to go?
or should i leave it as it is.

yep, significant cns fatigue. i’d either drop some of the load or force yourself to get more rest (sleep, relaxation, therapy, etc). if you try to keep that same schedule and add in sprinting you will only increase your likelyhood of overreaching (obviously).

I would consider moving o-lifts to your squat days and dropping 1 ham movement and possibly front squats.
