TM's technique

in the recent clip of TM run in japan i noticed that his head seems to be edged out slightly.would this have any effect on his COG.also charlie did you think this was a flaw when you had him and did you address the problem or just let it be

It really depends on the effect on the shoulders. If they curl too far forward, it limits movement at the hip. I’d say the film appears to show slight tightness, but this small size with limited detail is hard to read. I can say that he had this beautifully under control before he left, but the two issues are correction by someone else and initial race jitters after an inappropriately long time away from competition (I had intended that he compete indors but events conspired against that, so it will take a few weeks to get his competition form back). I’d be more concerned with the start right now, as it still isn’t where it was during the indoor training. when that falls into place, the rest will be alot easier.
Everyone seems to be drawing a lot of conclusions from early stuff… attacking Tim and all but writing off Dwain. Mo hasn’t even started the 100m yet. Should he be written off? Of course not! Everyone’s going to have to wait and see what happens when things heat up before Paris.

you explained that well charlie.on the other hand about the current affairs about tim,he is #1 and thereby will be shot at.people are also interested in his form mainly due to his WR last year and also he isn’t really helping himself with the press.i’m sure its difficult to stay quite and i’m syre things will go to plan for him.

do you see anymore flaws in his technique other than his start

Why does Tim get written off with a 10.04 and when Ato runs a 10.16 (just ahead of Dwain) is he “Back”?

Ultimately, does anyone care whats done in April and May?
