I’ve found that Arnica Oil is a great allieviator of all sorts of aches and pains. It can be found in most health-food stores. I had persistent shin-splints and it eased the pain immensely…BONUS? No smell.
Its a copper creme. I think it may be new? Neo, I think its targetted more for the joints.

There are some popular copper cremes here as well. One I’ve seen is Super Blue Stuff. I don’t know where it’s sold.
