Self massage, contrast showers, ice baths, heat, relaxation techniques…

Sometimes I worry so much about recovery methods/stretching at home that I forget to get all my work done and make my meals for the following day and end up getting to bed later than I should. Remember…sleep is the foundation of recovery.
