I have a Thera-Band and I was wondering If anyone could tell me any strength exercises I can do at home with my Thera-band.
It’s basically a long piece of elastic made to help strengthen muscles.

Therabands are very good for rehabilitation exersises after injury. For a healthy athlete i cant think of any specific exerises you may benefit from with the exeption of hip flexor exercises.
Quickazhell is correct in saying there are no sport specific movements that can be performed with a theraband. However, it can be successfully employed in performing movements for the muscles of the rotator cuff (i.e., teres minor, infraspinatus, subscapularis, supraspinatus). Granted anything you do with it will inevitably have to involve high repetitions due to its lack of adequate tension. Having said that, you can try and be creative.
I have a full set of all the jumpstretch bands and when I cannot make it to the gym I am able to perform numerous different lifts with only the bands.

I think therabands can be quite handy for teaching glute activation in hip extension. Not too challenging for the advanced, but great for those who can’t sprint with their ar$e.
