Hello one more time I would like to see some sample of work during the recovery week in each microcycle (3 weeks of intense work plus one recovery week)
I suppose I have to cut down the work at the track but I don´t know exacly how

There are many ways to unload. You can cut the volume, cut the intensity, or do both. Or you can add in more active recovery days or have total rest days. Everyone unloads differently and the possibilities are endless. As long as you are reducing something allowing your body to recover and supercompensate you are unloading.
