It consists of an EMS unit controlled by an app on your phone. There are a number of different stim protocols including one called “Max Explosive Strength” that is based on Charlie’s recommendations!
I have been using this system for a number of months now and have been very pleased with it.

Four months ago I bought GLOBUS Premium 400
4 channels, programmable.
Pretty good recovery and rehab protocols.
Plus all the explosive and max strength protocols.
Outstanding battery life.
I got two of the Power Dots (one red and one white). They were $160 each. That gives me that ability to stim both leg simultaneously. I like the fact that they are rechargable via USB and controlled wirelessly via bluetooth from my phone. I also bought a couple of extra pad packs but I have used the original pads at least a dozen times and they still seem to work fine.
I have heard good things about the Globus system too, but it was a bit beyond my budget…
