LOL, or you could say that lr1400.
Besides slowing down in the last 20m, imagine the time achieved if he would have had a good start.
I knew he was going to win, but not like this, not this easy.
After watching him I will feel like an old lady when running.
I think he had a good start. He started looking around between 5.5-6.5 seconds.
At 7+ sec. he decided to put on the show. The rest we will admire until he breaks it again!
oh, i thought i’d seen usain in an episode of x-files.
i get it now:D
Powell on the BBC
"well, you know, erm, i messed up big time. you know, my legs died on me & Usain ran an awesome race, you know i’m very happry for him.
“well you know, as i said, my legs died on me. erm not sure what happened, you know, just have to really, erm, be happy for Usain & try and make it work next time”
On not being able to perfom on the big stage:
“well, you know, erm, it’s really a sad time for me. i really wanted to get tha gold medal but, you know, erm, it’s quite obvious i wasn’t ready for the big stage yet”.
stride length is king.
**** frequency.
but of course his legs died on him, shame on you “asafa’s legs”.
stride length is king.
fuck frequency.
I am 2.5m tall
Only if you’re 6ft 5 in. The height to length ratios of all the top guys are very close.
I agree, frequency is primary, the stride lenght is bettered with increase in power.
and with Frater on 9.97, will we get a sub 37 sec relay?
I think it’s the other way round since they all have the same height to length ratio but some are clearly kicking other’s asses.
and with Frater on 9.97, will we get a sub 37 sec relay?
Only if Jam team buys a pair of legs for Powell so the guy can actually run
good point, i’d forgotten that i’ve experienced the increased frequency by getting more powerful, on myself
Maybe Asafa should ask Pistorius for some pointers?

Anyone daring enough to start predicting Bolt’s 200m time. Charlie? Anyone.
19"20 !!!
Bolt’s 100m will be written in history. An epic race. Mind-boggling, dont know what else to say.
And with zero wind! WTH!
