"The faster your arms go, the faster your legs go"

I’ve heard many coaches say this at the high school aged level, or elementary level even, and also heard from people, what truth is there to this, if any?

Faster arm swings = faster leg movements (frequency).

sprint movement is controlled by the arms at least perceptually. If you want to read more about it, you can get Speed Trap or CFTS from the site store.

Is the CFTS a dvd or a download?

Both Speed Trap and CFTS are E-books.

Already read speed trap.
Still have to get around to getting CFTS.
