I also appreciate the article and I’m not trying to be a prick here (though I think I may be succeeding!). My point is, in a way, your point also. Something always has to go to make room for something else if you are already training maximally.
Where we differ is in where those cuts have to come from. You believe that you can cut from low intensity and add high intensity. I believe that any room for an additional element of high intensity must come from a cut in high intensity elsewhere, as these capacities are not interchangeable.
