Taper examples?

Does anyone have examples of some of their tapers before competitions (anywhere from 10 day, etc)? Playing around with some and would just would like to see what others have used and possibly incorporate pieces of those–how much volume they’ve decreased by on what days, where they’ve put some of their SE, extensive tempo, small amount of short sprints the day before the meet, etc.

Thanks for the advice on the DVD, I’ll check it out. In the meantime, got any you’ve tried or things that have or haven’t worked for you before?
