These websites show the vital role swiss balls have in training an athlete. The experiments conducted and reported here should once and for all end the swiss ball debate!
Yeowww!
Haha:sing:
And you wonder why there is a legal disclaimer for everything in the United States.
By the way McDonald’s coffee is HOT in case you did not know.
Remember, this training is for the elite athlete! It takes the “trained eye” of the coach to develop a program that fully stresses the neuromuscular, stabilizing, propreoceptive capabilities of the body to the fullest. Training athletes to work in a functionally integrated, biomechanically specific, physiologically stressful environment teaches the brain to fully utilize cerebellar circuitry and coordinate local circuit neurons for a complete workout. This chaotic training stresses the CNS to the MAX. Specifically portions and functions of the brain such as the internal division of the globus pallidus, superior and middle cerebellar peducles and the substantia nigra pars reticulate neuron. As the athletes become more proficient on the ball, and after fronts squats have been mastered while standing on a ball, sprinting on the ball should come next. Lastly, plyometric jumping, as performed in the study, should be targeted. After you have completed the Swiss ball senior master kettlebell certification course you will be able to understand the complex nature of this training, and will be able to put numerous letters after your name.
P.S. Take glutamine while training with your kettlebells, this is important!!! Famous kettlebell guru said so

Did you not see that gaping wound pic? Swiss Balls ARE evil. LOL :sing:
Great post!! I coudn’t have said it better myself. That’s the beauty of this industry; so many self proclaimed legends in their own minds. Seems as though everybody figures they need to develop something nobody has ever seen even if it is a steaming poop pile. This way you get to market you “latest eastern bloc training secret”. Seems as though some have even made their own language as well!
Sorry bohersch! its pretty nasty…
I hope everyone enjoyed the post. I do think swiss balls can play a role in training, but they are not necessary and not needed. Just my way of venting over all the “hype”.
By the way, to get the most out of training, you need to “lurk in the shadows” and wear a skullie cap while training…
I hate to seem even more stupid than normal, but was that photo/scenario real? Or did you steal the photo out of a book about STD’s and slap your photos in there too? Please tell me that wasn’t you.
No, none of that is me!!!
