my summer track is officially ending on august 1 because july 22-aug 1, i’m gonna be running at the nationals for the 4x100 and be alternate for the 4x400. would this plan work well for me until late december where i will begin serious SE and speed, so i can be shape for my track season which begins Feb 24?
day 1:weights/medball
day 2: tempo
3: hills/medball
4: Active rest
5: pylometrics/bounding
6: upper body weights
7: Active rest
