struggle to transfer my potential to the track

Ha, didn’t mean to do that really. I loved my time based in Cardiff, but I worked at NIAC for over two years and I know how that place operates. It could be good, but it needs refurbishing and sorting out, obviously the bends are stuck how they are though. Finally, the massages there are not good! It’s like having someone put suncream on your hamstring-they do not go deep!!! You check out the facilities in Bath, far better, except they miss that 200 indoor track. Also at least Birmingham and Loughborough have indoor fixed timing lights at every 10m interval, so splits cn be taken very easily. UWIC was a prototype for an indoor facility, and unfortunately for them, it’s meant that other facilities have learnt from their mistakes and are now superior.
