yes i have the graphs but i am making some small changes as you can see, i dont want to dl bc it drain the cns i can dl 550-600lb. so im wondering should i snatch dead dl or add some lunges or stepups ect?
i been doing lunges at the track, ie, med ball overhead and do real long slow lunges till it burns. i dont mind them.
i do know others that just hate lunges!! hate em! so if you like em, do em.
i would try a maintance on your dl’s though, pulling over 500 is pretty good, perhaps once per wk of 400lbs as maintance?
there should be no harm in changing things like that, so long as your form is good.
