what do you guys think about adding snatch grip dl or single leg move in on wed workouts:

mon:
pc
bsq
bp
aux work

wed:
hang snatch
snatch dl or lunge (which one would be better)
incline
aux work

fri:
ps
clean pull 3sets
fs
bp
aux work

now the problem is if i do snatch grip dl on wed, could i still do my clean pull on fri for 3sets. give me some feedback guys.

for sure. are you looking at the Graph 3 weights from the GPP?
it has mon wed fri
power cleans on all them days
bench mon, incline wed bench fri
squat mon, deadL wed, squat fri

yes i have the graphs but i am making some small changes as you can see, i dont want to dl bc it drain the cns i can dl 550-600lb. so im wondering should i snatch dead dl or add some lunges or stepups ect?

i been doing lunges at the track, ie, med ball overhead and do real long slow lunges till it burns. i dont mind them.
i do know others that just hate lunges!! hate em! so if you like em, do em.
i would try a maintance on your dl’s though, pulling over 500 is pretty good, perhaps once per wk of 400lbs as maintance?
there should be no harm in changing things like that, so long as your form is good.

single leg work: lunges, stepups, spilt squats roatate every 3 weeks @ 3x5.

not bad. so, what? three sets of 5? or 5 sets of 2 or what? i personally have not done much in the way of low reps for ages and ages. But am maybe about ready to.
So i wont give advice on the reps.

reps for the sdl will stay at 4x3. everything else varies.
