Strength training request

Hi,
Do you know where I can find good strength programs for track athletes? I only have some simple equipment at home (squat rack, bench, barbell, 2 light DBs, one heavy 50 lb DB, and some ankle weights: 2x1lb and 2x4.5 lbs - no machines), and I go to a better equipped gym once a week.
Maybe someone can make a program for me… I would be very grateful. My main goal is to increase strength, explosiveness and jumping ability.
