How should an 8k runner lift? I run 800’s and 1500’s for track so something that can possibly help me with that also? what rep range for exercises. what exercises? ones that involve weights and ones that don’t.
Some good strength work for 8k would be running hills. 100m - 300m long.
Maybe some bodyweight exercises, push ups, dips, squats and abdominal work.
