Also I was wondering out of Sport Stretch and Stretching scientifically which is better? Or are they both good reads and worth getting?

Stretching scientifically is almost purely theoretical and sciency, it’s not applied. It’s for nerds, not athletes.

I’d suggest Stretch to Win as a good applied stretching book.
