Not really sure John probably some dehydration some lack of sleep who knows! Running with a
headache is clearly not a good move though!!

I’m baaaaaaaaaaaaack!!! Off to Croydon Masters shortly to do a couple of sprint races a 50m and a 150m - I’ve been working hard on my legs strength
recently and it is definately paying off
currently working on strength and speed with a low volume of actual running
bump (new training journal at Stormy Runs)
