Still feeling sluggish

Ran a 15.53 HT 150m today in practice felt really sluggish though. Also it kind of hard to breath up here in Toronto. I don’t know if it’s the humidity or what. But I need to get use to it. Outdoors is a totally different ball game than Indoors…My leg cramped up so I couldn’t finish my workout and just did some strides.

I hope this feeling goes away soon.

any thoughts

KWELI…
You gotta take into consideration that your body isnt aclimated to the weather or the air…also the wind may pay a part as well as the track surface… our indoor track is hard as hell and our outdoor track is a brand new soft surface… soft surface=good training (since its not hard on your legs) ,but it would be a terrbile track to have a meet on… so what im saying sometimes is if your used to training on a hard surface you feel fast then going outside to a soft surface you may feel slow… but when you get to run on a hard track you’ll feel fast and if you feel faster you usually run fast…
it can be a combination of all the things i mentioned… ull be aight…
