I’m not really sure what reduced the inflammation:
bucket of ice water
ice bags
calf exercises throught the day
30min isometrics at the end of it

eating well
(red is red because it’s also today’s training)

… but finally by now I feel better. To be honest, it was after the isometrics.

So tomorrow I know what to do. And maybe the day after.

It’s all good.
