I was wondering if people alternate which foot they put forward for falling starts, block work and any other starts?

I know Dave Lease has athetes do 3 point starts off each leg, the theory being it prepares you for the second step I believe.
i like to have my athletes alternate lead legs as well. it prevents imbalances imho.
I personally alternate legs for falling starts for the same reason. I don’t know if it is valid or not though.
