Starting week 4 of GPP

Been doing the GPP hill series and this is the start of week 4. I “feel” stronger up the hill and will retest my 100 M in July. I’m not a sprinter by trade, play field sports, want to get faster.

Some things I’ve noticed personally:

These hill workouts take a long time and I’ve getting bored with it. If I get faster from this protocol, all that waiting around was worth it!

There are days that I feel just slow going up the hill. Today was one of them. I have a watch set on an interval timer and I sprint up the hill when it beeps, look at it when I cross a certain point. Today was noticeably slower than a few days ago. Should I just cut the workout if I’m not up at potential full speed?
