Charlie, just a question, my coach has noticed that when i come out the blocks my right hand extends all the way back, almost straight, and does so for the next few strides. Should it always remain at 90’s thru the drive phase??
im not charlie but i can tell you that it should not be straight but elbow bent at 90 degress as if your running it should not stay there for any amount of strides except the one your taking they should be pumping like a pistons. legs following.
