Starting Positions in Practice

This might be a dumb question,but I would like to know,what is the correct way to do a standing start sprint?Also,what are other ways sprints are started in practice?Do they work on different things?

This has been covered many times before so just search for STARTS or SPRINT START and look for posts by CHARLIE.

There is an entire video availble for download (Fundamentals 1) from the store on how to do this and i suggest you get it as it cleared up all the problems my athletes were having. Since implementing the changes all my athletes now start fast on a consistant basis.
