but a gooD result in high jump (>80 cm)

in general:
long jump for acceleration
high jump for top speed
but i have good acceleration and have poor standing long, and i have poor top speed but a good high jum
30m: 4.25
60: 7.68
Based on those times (if they are hand timed) acceleration and top speed are of near equal quality.
but high jump is good >80 and standing long jump is very poor (2.30). or not?
Maybe your SLJ result is due lack of skill/technique not explosivness. I have SLJ around 2.70m (but gotta check) at 96kg bw, 110kg clean, 140kgx5 full squat. Don’t know for VJ, 10m…
