do you guys think that sprinting stairs would be good for speed develpment?
Stairs, bleachers and Hills are a good means of helping with foot placement and and acceleration strength if done correctly. Many stairs are spaced too close together so hills is probably the best option as a specific means to acceleration however I have used all 3 with sucess in the past. Just remember since speed is the goal not to make it into a conditioning session going up one right after the other with minimal rest. That however has its place as well.
for speed development not really but for body positioning and correct body position then yes.hills are great for learning the correct position just look at the GPP where CF shows the comparision a truely great dvd
