no problem i forgot my cam at home yesterday, i was gonna post it so you can see how deep i get on my squats.
i never said i would give up max strength work, i was more curious about during max singles when you are working with that kind of weight - and you answer my question by saying it would be better to do 3rm etc. my squat workouts are on the first page, every 4th week is 1x100%. i will clear my message out.
