im new to this forum and need advice on sprinting and its technique.

I am a powerlifter and lift in most ajor international events and currently ranked second in the world for my age and weight.

Im interested not only on the aspect of sprinting as a way of getting out of the gym one day a week it is also a good way for me to raise my gpp and help with my weght management.

I would really like to come up with a programme that i could use once a week and some pointers for sprinting
