Sprint Workouts for Wrestler/Grappler???

Can you guys give me some advice as to what you think would be some examples of a good sprint workout to help my speed with respect to wrestling, if you think sprinting will help at all…I mean, will sprinting in the ATP alactic range, 30 seconds or less with long recovery, help at all for me? Or should I stick to anaerobic lactic and aerobic work that more closely resembles the endurance needed for the matches?

I’d be looking to add in 1 sprint workout a week approximately. Now I do 4-5 wrestling sessions per week, varying from 2 hours of full warmup, technique, sparring and cooldown to simply 45 minutes of technique only. I do two full body weight training sessions, and usually 1 interval run and 1 interval swim which double my bout volume (bout volume 5-10 minutes) and mimick it interval-wise. That is my in season training.
