Sprint Training on Treadmill

How would I be able to do intervals on the treadmill when it’s snowing?

For example, how I would I do an 8x200 interval?

Just do the math. Figure out how much time it takes to cover 200 meters in a given time. Then run at that speed for the given amount of time.

Let’s say sprint at fastest settings (12 mph) for 24 seconds and then go down to 5mph for 2 minutes and repeat?

try starting at 9mph at like 2% incline. work up 1mph each rep. hop to put legs on plastic part beside the treadmill for rest between reps instead of slowing the machine down.

haha - our treadmills turn off if your not actually on the moving rubber after about 20sec… Stupid things
