sprint program link

saw this link while surfing the web…
tell me what you guys think, lets critique it.

I clicked one of the links at the bottom of the article and it lead me to a ‘6 Ways to Improve Your Speed’ article. Funny, as it involves everything but actually sprinting.

Note, it was written by the strength conditioning coach of the Cats rugby Super 12 team, who were wooden spooners in this year’s competition.

I enjoyed the article, especially the strength work, but who has time to train 3 times a day?

a person who trains full time (no other responsibilities) can train like this.i cant imagine any of us could break up our workouts like this.
i think the strength work is probably the best info on the link
