How many athletes feel better by getting into the "sprint position by the 3 step ( 2-3 meters)?
Oppose to the 15 to 17 (30-40m) step?
I have witness/anaylsis athletes who have done both and produced fast times.
How do you guys feel about this?
I know BJ was in his "sprint position by his 3rd step according to Speed Trap.
What are the major qualities one must have to post fast time while getting into the proper running position quickly I know one must have confidence because you are gone from the pop?
