I wouldn’t pay to much attention to what athletes are listed at weight wise on the internet.
Flexibility can help with power application throughout the full range of motion as well reducing the injury risk. That said, Linford said to me he could never touch his toes.
In terms of the butt muscles, Darren Campbell once described them to me as his engine! So that gives you an indication of their level of importance.

Id think a sprinter should be generally flexible where they can touch their toes and have good range of motion. This would be enough for them to have proper range of motion through each stride and not get injured/recover quicker.
