speed workouts during SPP, look good?

6x flying 20s w/ 20m build up

5-6x FEF (25/20/15)

4x75m (accel. is sub max and off the bend, so Max.V will be faster)

2x 10m/20m/30m + 2x50m

8x50m or 6x60m

4x80m

2x 10m-20m-30m-40m-50m

4x10m-4x15m-4x20m-1x25m

2x flying 10m - 2x flying 20m - 2x flying 30m

What are thoughts? Some bounding + plyos (20 contacts or so) would follow most these sprint sessions.

40 mins or so warm up before each of those.

that is what I thought and I assume they go in order, so why is the accel stuff near the end? :confused:I would have thought you would do that with the 4 x 80m later :confused:

no nothing is in order in my post. I do progress workouts throughout the SPP ofc. though.
