What are thoughts? Some bounding + plyos (20 contacts or so) would follow most these sprint sessions.

those are all seperate workouts
40 mins or so warm up before each of those.

that is what I thought and I assume they go in order, so why is the accel stuff near the end? I would have thought you would do that with the 4 x 80m later
no nothing is in order in my post. I do progress workouts throughout the SPP ofc. though.
