soreness the day before a 40, SLJ, VJ, 3 cone drill test

anyways, I was an idiot and decided to play indoor soccer yesterday. I stretched afterwards, and took an ice bath. I also stretched that night but I am still a little bit sore this morning, with my tests in the 40, SLJ, VJ, 3 cone drill tomorrow. I am planning on microstretching twice today, is there anything else anyone recommends
