Hard work dedication and a well thought out program helped me acheive those results. They are just a starting point and indicator of how my season may look and how it can be improved upon in the future. I t was my first time actually doing those tests. I did a vertical jump test once freshman yr when i played football here in college and it was like 27.

I measure my reach completely differently (1 arm, touching high as possible). I was actually thinking that I was doing it wrong because I dont extend my arm that much when i jump. Thanks, my vert is higher than I thought. :slight_smile:
