I have a meet on Sat (tomorrow) and wanted to taper my speed down a bit for the meet.
I am not in a competitive phase right now (more of a hybrid GPP/SPP) but wanted to get a couple of races in this summer)
So for my taper I just cut down the sprint volume, eliminated plyos and did less weight volume on my last speed day (last night) before the meet)
Cheers,
Chris
I don’t know about others but I almost always get DOMS from RDLs, but I still like them way more than any other variation. Check out this article about plate drags.

I’ve never tried them, but they seem like something you might want to look into. If you do them, tell us how they go.
The exercises are for Ab-add and ham curl- not the same thing.(Claudia Schiffer’s nice though)
