Ima 18 year old sprinter, i train around 5 - 7 times a week … i was woundering if if should be taking any supplements either to enhance muscle or to aid recovery ?

What is your diet like? And don’t just write “I eat clean” or something equally vague. Be specific. Supplements only make sense within the context of a diet. If we don’t know what food you’re eating, there’s no way to know what supplements might be necessary.
And as far as enhancing recovery, regular massage is infinitely more effective than any supplement. Spend money on that first, especially if your funds are limited (which they usually are at 18).
I’m not anti-supplement per se. I just put them at the bottom of the totem pole. I don’t even consider them icing on the cake, more like sprinkles (100s and 1000s for our UK/Aus/NZ friends) on top of the icing.
